NEET Physics Syllabus
Mechanics through modern physics — the subject most aspirants lose marks to, and the one where practice moves the needle fastest.
NEET Physics is 27 chapters — 15 from Class 11 and 12 from Class 12 — examined through 45 questions worth 180 marks, a quarter of the paper.
Each chapter below links to its own page, and straight into questions, video lectures and a timed chapter test.

Every chapter, its class, its expected weightage, and a direct route into practice.

32 questions are accounted for across 21 chapters; 6 chapters have no published figure.
The expected-questions column is the closest thing to a revision priority order this syllabus gives you. Chapters expecting three or more questions repay time at several times the rate of the single-question chapters — but the single-question chapters are usually short, which is why they are worth clearing early rather than skipping.
Note that 6 of the 27 chapters leave the expected-questions cell blank upstream. Those are shown as “—” rather than filled with an estimate.
